Day-to-day responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues as they arise.</li> <li>Identifying and addressing user needs.</li> <li>Building, maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, re-imaging, and repairing computer systems.</li> <li>Maintaining network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers and mobile devices.</li> <li>Configuring and maintaining software installations.</li> <li>Imaging, and issuing computers.</li> <li>Configuring, and issuing company-provided equipment.</li> <li>Desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, software deployment.</li> </ul> <p>This role will give you exposure to business systems along with exposure to all aspects of IT. You will also be a part of the support and troubleshooting for the help desk, which will offer valuable opportunities to expand your skill base and gain great experience.
