About the Role

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented and business-driven Wholesale Junior Sales Coordinator to join our Wholesale B2B team at our Milan headquarters.

This is not just a back-office role: you will be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting global sales activities and working closely with international clients and internal teams. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will gain hands-on exposure to how a luxury brand manages and scales its wholesale business.


In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

  • Support RTW & HOME sales campaigns, contributing to their smooth execution

  • Manage and monitor customer orders with accuracy, ensuring data integrity across systems

  • Analyze retailers’ performance and stock levels, proactively suggesting reorders and opportunities

  • Collaborate on international sales projects and cross-functional initiatives

  • Maintain and optimize sales tools (CRM, reports, mappings)

  • Act as a key operational partner for the sales team, ensuring efficiency and precision

Who you are:

  • You have a degree in Economics, Management or similar

  • You are fluent in Italian and English

  • You are confident with Excel and PowerPoint

  • You are curious and comfortable working with systems, data and processes
