Engineering Intern, Training School Almaraz

About the role:

As an Engineering Intern, Training School Almaraz you will provide training solutions for personnel at nuclear power plants.

You will report to the Training School Supervisor, Almaraz and be located at the Almaraz offices. This is a hybrid internship with a mix of 50% on-site and 50% remote days that may be set at your discretion. This is a part-time paid internship from February 2026 (6-9 months), with the possibility to receive course credit.

We offer:

  • Pedagogical training to develop public speaking skills
  • Methodological training based on Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
  • Technical training in the field of nuclear power plants
  • Training in safety culture, nuclear safety, human factors, and the use of digital tools

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help develop training materials.
  • Review content of documentation related to training.
  • Help create evaluation tests.
  • Help prepare reports.
  • Support document management activities.
  • Manage students and courses within the LMS (Learning Management System).

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or Sciences (Industrial, Telecommunications, Nuclear, or Physics)
  • Knowledge or experience with:
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • Video editing tools
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Residence near the Almaraz Nuclear Power Plant (on-site presence required)
