About the Role

Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Front Office Trainee to join the our team for 2026 in Corfu.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about our hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
