About the Role

 Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Kitchen Trainee (Internship) to join our team for 2026 in Corfu

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Support with mise en place and daily kitchen tasks.
  • Ensure workstations, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well organized.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries according to procedures.
  • Shadow chefs to learn techniques and professional kitchen practices.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and efficient working environment.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

  • Currently studying or recently graduated from Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Passion for cooking and eagerness to develop culinary skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
