About the Role

 Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate F&B Trainee to join our  team for 2026 in Corfu.

  • Assist in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banqueting outlets.
  • Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and provide product knowledge when needed.
  • Support waiters and bartenders in serving food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Ensure tables, stations, and service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for events, meetings, and banquets.
  • Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, escalating issues when required.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
  • Learn and apply hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Shadow senior team members to gain insights into F&B operations and leadership.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Food & Beverage and customer service.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
  • Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
