Job Description & Summary: A career within Corporate & International Tax

Responsibilities:

● Proper documentation of client records both in manual and soft copies. ● Tracking outstanding debtors, monthly WIP write-off, MIS reporting, etc. ● Assisting in preparation of paper books for tax hearings, filing documents / submission with tax office. ● Assisting in tracking pursuits, compiling and gathering information from public sources, preparing fact-sheets for pursuits. Working on "News Alerts" for the allotted period and ensuring regular updates on client industries and sharing the critical alerts / news on a regular basis with seniors.

Mandatory skill sets:

● - Thorough knowledge of - Direct Tax, Corporate Tax (Income Tax and DTAA) - Corporate Law and International Tax FEMA and Transfer Pricing

- Demonstrating innovative and critical thinking in managing projects - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Good Interpersonal skills and Networking skills - Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness and understanding of the financial markets - Passion for client servicing - Efficiency in MS office and report writing skills - Motivated, creative and decisive in approach to problem solving - Ownership and responsibility of clients/tasks delegated Good networking skills x-SBU
