Work you’ll do

 

  • Support with the planning and delivery of firmwide events and programmes
  • Provide photography and videography support on events
  • Assist in the planning, material preparations (e.g. invitations, briefing packs), and delivery of firmwide events and engagements across businesses, along with on-site coordination
  • Assist in preparing and proofreading internal / external communications and other marketing collaterals to ensure clarity and brand consistency
  • Engage in both traditional media and social media campaigns. This includes support with media outreach, preparing reports and/or press releases, monitoring media coverage, and designing social media postings
  • Create and curate engaging content for ongoing campaigns and festive occasions
  • Research and identify topical trends within the market and industry
  • Video editing and basic graphic design
  • Support the development of talking points and reports with relevant and key data points

Requirements

 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong interest in writing and a passion for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in photography and design software (Canva preferred) is desirable.
  • Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or interest in event planning
