Job Description

As a Programme Coordinator Intern, you will support the execution of UOB FinLab’s innovation and capability-building programmes across ASEAN. This role offers hands-on experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and exposure to digitalisation and sustainability initiatives for SMEs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the execution of UOB FinLab programmes and events

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on digitalisation and sustainability initiatives

  • Assist in strategy and tactical planning to drive engagement across platforms

  • Support programme launches, workshops, and networking sessions

  • Conduct market research and prepare data analysis reports

  • Manage creatives and content for marketing and communications

  • Assist in digital marketing, campaign coordination, website updates, and community platform engagement

  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a polytechnic/degree in business, banking & finance, marketing, or a related discipline

  • Responsible and able to execute plans with attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Interest in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and their impact on businesses

  • Excellent organisational skills and analytical mindset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and project management tools is a plus

  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as CRM systems and data analytics tools is an advantage

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
