In unserem modernen Labor für Qualitätskontrolle erwarten Dich spannende Einblicke in mikrobiologische und chemisch-physikalische Untersuchungen sowie in das Zusammenspiel von Qualitätsmanagement und Produktionsprozessen. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen aus Labor, Prozessmanagement und Produktion trägst Du dazu bei, die hohen Standards in der Lebensmittelindustrie sicherzustellen.
 

In dieser Rolle hast Du Einfluss, indem Du:

• mikrobiologische und chemisch-physikalische Untersuchungen durchführst und auswertest

• bei Projekten zur Analyse von Sonderproben mitarbeitest

• das Qualitätsmanagementsystem aktiv unterstützt

• Produktionsabläufe und Prozessmanagement kennenlernst

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:

• abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmittelchemie mit erstem Staatsexamen (Praktikum im Rahmen der Ausbildung nach § 2 Abs. 6 Nr. 4 APOLMChem)

• grundlegende Kenntnisse in Mikrobiologie

• ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Präzision und eine detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative, kombiniert mit Teamfähigkeit

• fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder vergleichbar) sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
