About the Role

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Mitarbeit und Verantwortung in spannenden Projekten im Umfeld Operational Excellence
  • Anwenden von Methoden der schlanken Produktion, um Prozesse zu visualisieren, Verbesserungen zu konzipieren und zu bewerten und diese anschließend mit den Menschen vor Ort umzusetzen
  • Aktives Mitarbeiten und Gestalten im Rahmen der Standardisierung von Lean Methoden innerhalb der STIHL Gruppe
  • Unterstützen beim Gestalten von Elementen des neuen Operational Excellence Systems (Qualifikation, Rollen, Methoden, Kultur, …)
  • Vor- und Nachbereiten sowie das aktive Unterstützen von Verbesserungsworkshops im Werk in Waiblingen

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Laufendes Studium in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean vorteilhaft
  • Analytisches Denken, systematisches Vorgehen, Kreativität und Gestaltungswille
  • Sehr gute Microsoft 365 Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gehalt: 2.117 €/Monat
  • Beginn: ab April 2026
