About the Role

Responsabilités

Afin de mener à bien sa mission, la/le stagiaire devra mener les actions suivantes :

  • Être le support à la coordination du 5S de la division
  • Animer de nouveaux chantiers 5S
  • Reprendre l'animation des chantiers 5S qui ne sont pas encore autonomes
  • Être auditeur accompagnant pour les audits annuels (préliminaires, intermédiaires et finaux)
  • Instaurer et entretenir une dynamique positive au sein du groupe
  • Accompagner et superviser la mise en place de signalisation et de marquage conformes aux règles 5S
  • Maintenir et veiller à la bonne application du référentiel
  • Contribuer aux projets de déménagements des plateformes logistiques

Profil

  • Actuellement en Master en Mécanique, Management Technologie et Entrepreneuriat ou équivalent
  • Connaissances des thématiques de Lean et/ou amélioration continue
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office avec une excellente maîtrise d'Excel
  • A l'aise en animation de séance
  • Bonne communication écrite et orale
  • Capacité d'adaptation et esprit d'analyse
  • Stage de 6 mois
