About the Role

Job Description

At Elbit Systems’ site in Carmiel, we are seeking a Quality Engineering Student to join our Quality Engineering team and gain hands-on experience in a leading defense company
You will be exposed to advanced manufacturing processes and play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards, producing systems for top global aerospace customers such as Boeing and Airbus

Areas of Responsibility

Handle quality events in production
Support daily manufacturing and quality activities
Provide solutions to internal and external customers
Lead investigations and process improvements
Conduct internal quality audits on production lines
Manage non-conforming material (NC) within MRB committees

Education

Student in Industrial Engineering or Quality Engineering
At least two years remaining in studies

Professional Experience

Availability for 4 working days per week
Experience in electronic/optical-mechanical manufacturing – advantage
Previous experience in quality – advantage
High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
Assertiveness, leadership skills, and service orientation
