Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the development and execution of brand initiatives, from insight gathering and opportunity framing to creative concept and rollout</li> <li>Support the execution of campaigns, and film productions across multiple markets, aligning creative ambition with operational realities</li> <li>Assist in managing internal workflows and external partners or agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality output</li> <li>Translate strategy into actionable project support, tracking timelines, identifying gaps, and maintaining project momentum</li> <li>Research and synthesize brand and audience insights into clear recommendations and creative briefs</li> <li>Help maintain and evolve core brand systems, including tone of voice, visual identity, and playbooks for cross-functional use</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<br></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a top-tier business, communications, or creative university with excellent grades</li> <li>First experience in branding, ideally in tech, high-growth environments, or at a leading creative agency or strategy consultancy with projects in (brand) marketing</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate complex business objectives into clear brand strategies</li> <li>Strong analytical and conceptual skills, paired with curiosity for culture, design, and storytelling</li> <li>Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail under tight timelines</li> <li>Proficiency in English and Italian (C2)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW</strong></h3> <p><br>Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
