About the Role
Position Overview
The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring proper deployment and maintenance of IT systems across the organization. This includes imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal teams to support operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibility
- Deploy Windows 11 operating system images to computers located on the plant floor and within office environments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications in accordance with company standards
- Respond to and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation of technical incidents
- Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment; perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT processes with organizational objectives and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Information Technology degree or related field
- Proven experience in imaging and deploying operating systems (Windows 11 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software installation
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Knowledge of IT asset management tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
