About The Company
John Morgan became a lawyer with a simple mission: To fight for the people, and not the powerful. After experiencing firsthand the perils of choosing the wrong lawyer and representation after his brother Tim was paralyzed, he dedicated his life to helping people so that no one should ever have to go through what his family endured. About the Role

Summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A., the nation’s largest and most technologically advanced injury law firm, is accepting applicants for our Summer Associate Program.

We are fast paced, demanding, intellectually stimulating, and will ultimately prepare you for a lucrative career as a Trial Attorney within our firm.

Responsibilities

Throughout your summer at Morgan & Morgan you will learn from renowned trial attorneys in a dynamic team environment.  Associates will be mentored in best practices, how to provide aggressive and effective service for our clients, how to prepare for trial, and the data-informed solutions the firm is developing to revolutionize the legal space for the betterment of our clients. 

This is an opportunity to solidify your future as a trial attorney through hands-on experience, learning and development courses, and valuable professional networking.

Based on your individual achievements, those who successfully complete the program should expect to receive offers of full-time employment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled law students with an anticipated graduation year of 2028.
  • Candidates must have a passion for and strong interest in representing injured clients.
  • Candidates should be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
