Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Content Projection:

•Assist in projection services for all areas and divisions.

•Download content and KDMs, perform pre-screening of films, trailers, and other materials.

•Conduct quality control checks with Dubbing and Trade departments.

•Coordinate with other NBCUniversal divisions and external agents for events and screenings.

•Maintain and organize the projection booth, equipment, LanSat, and server space.

 

•Film/Trailer Rating:

•Register films and trailers in the ICAA database.

•Manage payment of rating fees.

•Request and handle documentation (Certificates of Origin, Agreement Letters).

•Prepare and submit ratings requests.

•Coordinate DCP shipments with Catela.

•Communicate with ICAA (excluding major incidents).

•Download and share rating resolutions with the team.

•Administrative & Documentation Support:

•Create POs, approve invoices in SNAP, and manage proforma invoices.

•Maintain digital archives and shared network information.

•Request Legacy Film Numbers and register them in UNIFY.

•Dubbing Rights Management:

•Coordinate with dubbing studios.

•Liaise with Legal HO / Fiona Paley.

•Use DocuSign to download signed documents and ensure correct online archive.

•Print (DCP) Management:

•Coordinate DCP distribution for premieres with Sales and warehouse.

•Request physical DCPs from labs.

•Manage DCP returns with Sales and labs.

•Star Talents Coordination:

•Onboard new suppliers.

•Coordinate with collaborators and agencies for POs and invoice processing.

Qualifications

•University or FP Studies in Audiovisual or Communication must have been finished less than 3 years ago 

•Fluent in Spanish & English 

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Good communication abilities.

•Team player with adaptability to dynamic environments.

•Ability to cope in a fast and dynamic environment

•Willingness to learn and can-do attitude

•Ability to self-motivate and a drive to deliver

•Keen interest in film & the entertainment industry
