Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Bangalore office. This role offers hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, providing exposure to core HR processes in a fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Support
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interview logistics.
  • HR Operations Support
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Projects & Initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, process improvement, and compliance.



Requirements

Requirements

  • Currently in final semester of graduation (2025 pass-out) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Interest in building a career in HR.
