<h1><strong>Build the Future with Us —&nbsp;</strong>EquipmentShare is Hiring an Intern: IT Implementation Coordinator</h1> <p>EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the IT Implementation Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the Spring of 2026.</p> <h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3> <p>We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.</p> <ul> <li>Assist IT onboarding for new employees</li> <li>Assist with audio &amp; visual requests when needed</li> <li>Assist with acquisition IT planning and diligence</li> <li>Drive new market IT planning and diligence</li> <li>Work with executive project managers to ensure IT Implementation is completed on time and within scope</li> <li>Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date procedure documentation for the New Markets and Acquisition processes.</li> <li>Assist with reviews of branch IT needs ensuring we are providing a proactive approach to resolving IT related issues</li> <li>Ensure branches have proper training equipment</li> <li>Develop and deploy automations to reduce administrative overhead</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
