Junior Product Manager & QA — PadelOS

<div>Location: DHA Phase II, Islamabad (Onsite)<br>Type: 3-month internship leading to a full-time role</div><div><br></div><p>PadelOS is a new SaaS platform being built by MoonLabor to modernize padel clubs worldwide — bookings, schedules, payments, memberships, all in one clean system. We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to start in QA and grow into a Product Manager as the PadelOS product evolves.</p><div><br></div><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong><br>Test new features across booking, payments, and club-management workflows to ensure everything works as expected.<br>Log issues clearly and work with engineers to reproduce, prioritise, and verify fixes.<br>Learn how to translate customer feedback into simple product requirements and user stories.<br>Support the roadmap by helping analyse user behaviour, support tickets, and experiment results.<br>Create basic wireframes or mockups to communicate ideas.<br>Document learnings so the team builds a shared understanding of how padel clubs operate.</p><div><br></div><p><strong>What you bring:</strong><br>0–1 year of experience in QA, product, support, or any software-related role.<br>A structured, detail-oriented mindset for testing and finding edge cases.<br>Clear communication skills and a willingness to work closely with engineers and designers.<br>Comfort with simple spreadsheets and basic analysis.<br>Curiosity about SaaS products, sports tech, or how padel clubs run.</p><div><br></div><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong><br>Exposure to agile development or working with distributed teams.<br>Interest in eventually owning small product features as you grow into a PM role.</p><div><br></div><p>If you want a hands-on path from QA into Product and the chance to help shape PadelOS from the ground</p>
