<p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>Are you ready to get hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment? As a Manufacturing Intern, you’ll work alongside our engineering and operations teams to learn real-world problem-solving skills while contributing to meaningful projects that make an impact.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze production processes through piece-rate studies and part-flow analysis to uncover efficiency opportunities</li>
<li>Gain exposure to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and apply them to real components</li>
<li>Support prototyping through 3D printing and CAD modeling</li>
<li>Assist engineers on automation, manual assembly, and plant-layout improvement projects</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Projects You May Work On</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leading a plant-layout or material-storage redesign to improve workflow</li>
<li>Building recommendations from your own efficiency studies to help streamline assembly or automation processes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Students pursuing Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering degrees</li>
<li>Detail-oriented problem solvers who enjoy hands-on work and collaborating in a team environment</li>
<li>Comfortable in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)</li>
<li>Excited by details, challenges, and working with a team</li>
</ul>
