About the Role

LUXASIA Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

E-Commerce Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Shopee, Lazada and Zalora
  • Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance)
  • To explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales. (python, HTML will be an added advantage) for web crawling competitor pricing (if possible)
  • Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.
  • To carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fast learner with a hands-on approach and a sense of ownership in task completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – with English as the priority.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
  • Responsible and committed to meeting timelines and delivering quality work
