You won’t just be observing; you will be supporting a myriad of employee engagement initiatives that shape our employee experience—think in-office offerings, culture transformation, and digital engagements. You will assist in the "people side" of change, helping to drive program and initiative adoption across the organization.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the design and delivery of Employee Engagement initiatives and change management plans.</li> <li>You will help create the "how" behind the "what," crafting communications and resources that drive genuine adoption of new tools and behaviors.</li> <li>Assist with Change Management activities related to new programs, policies , and system changes that impact the entire employee base, examples include:</li> <ul> <li>Partnering with the team to curate and execute initiatives that make the hybrid workplace vibrant and collaborative, ensuring our San Jose HQ reflects our culture of connection.</li> <li>Embedding of our Zscaler "Ways of Working" across the organization.
