About the Role

Unsere Abteilung Group Controlling & BI ist verantwortlich für übergreifende Analysen und die Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen zur Umsatz-, Kosten- und Ertragsentwicklung der Helm-Gruppe, der Geschäftseinheiten und Beteiligungen. Als Sparringspartner auf Managementebene unterstützt sie die Planungs-, Controlling- und Steuerungsfunktion, die Unternehmensleitung und die jeweiligen verantwortlichen Führungskräfte.

Im Rahmen eines Praktikums bieten wir Studierenden (m/w/d) die Möglichkeit, einen ersten Einblick in das vielfältige Feld des Konzerncontrollings & BI bei HELM zu gewinnen.

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie unterstützen das Team Konzerncontrolling & BI im Tagesgeschäft, gestalten Prozesse in einem internationalen Umfeld mit und lernen die vielfältigen Themen des Controllings und BI kennen.
  • Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie an unserem Konzernmanagement-Reporting mit, beispielsweise an der Erstellung von Quartalsberichten und Aufsichtsratsberichten.
  • Außerdem sind Sie an der Erstellung des monatlichen internen Reportings und weiterer Analysen beteiligt.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie Ihre Ideen ein, um Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung von HELM zu erstellen.
  • Im Rahmen Ihres Praktikums sind Sie außerdem beteiligt an der Budgetplanung und -prognose
  • Sie unterstützen die Analyse und Konzeption maßgeschneiderter BI- und Reporting-Lösungen
  • Zum Abschluss Ihres Praktikums erleben Sie außerdem agiles Projektmanagement im internationalen Austausch mit allen Datenmanagern und tragen beispielsweise zur Entwicklung eines Datenkatalogs bei.

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie studieren mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlichem und befinden sich im fortgeschrittenen Studium.
  • Idealerweise unterstützen Sie uns für 4-6 Monate.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe technische Affinität und Lernbereitschaft aus.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert und zuverlässig und sind zudem neugierig.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrungen gesammelt (z. B. im Rahmen von Praktika).
  • Als echter Teamplayer haben Sie keine Vorbehalte, innerhalb des Teams sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) zusammenzuarbeiten.
