Job Description

We offer students opportunities to join professional teams, gain experience working in an enterprise and apply theories to actual work situations in order to enhance skills, knowledge and experience for the future. The Company will support the student by providing Letter of Internship completion after training period ends.

Training program include:

  • Overall about coffee trading
  • Overall about logistics process and instruction

Practice:

  • Upload contracts, shipping dox, warehouse receipt, weight note, stock reports, stock reconciliation
  • Create samples, register samples result
  • Do contract matching
  • Issue landing instruction, shipping advice, insurance certificate,...
  • Check service invoices
  • Check stock reports

 

Qualifications

  • Good English
  • Computer proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,...)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • High level of adaptability

Qualifications

  • Sophomore or final-year student majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
