Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers you hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding. You’ll gain exposure to real-world recruitment strategies, work closely with hiring managers and clients, and develop essential HR and business communication skills.
This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about people, business growth, and career development — and want to kickstart a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Support
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and university networks.
  • Review resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate engagement and follow-ups.
  • Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Candidate and Client Engagement
  • Assist with coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Support the recruitment team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment meetings and contribute fresh ideas to improve processes.

Employer Branding and Events
  • Support career fairs, recruitment drives, and engagement initiatives with universities and partners.
  • Assist in creating social media content and marketing materials to promote job openings and employer branding campaigns.

Administrative and Project Support
  • Assist in documentation, reports, and compliance requirements in line with employment standards.
  • Work with team members to streamline workflows and enhance the overall recruitment process.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media or recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
