Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><b>中央市场部实习生 - 罗氏眼科 (Roche Ophthalmology)</b></p><p><b>实习时长：</b>[至少3个月，每周至少4天]</p><p></p><p><b>职位概述</b></p><p>该实习岗位主要负责协助收集、清洗多来源业务数据，并运用Excel等工具进行基础分析及报表维护；在指导下将数据转化为业务洞察，支持分析报告撰写；制作专业的PowerPoint演示文稿；同时参与标杆医院等项目，协助完成信息整理与跨部门协作支持.</p><p><b>任职要求</b></p><p>1. 学历背景：本科或研究生在读学生，专业不限。</p><p>2. 核心能力：</p><ul><li>扎实的数据处理能力：精通Microsoft Excel（熟练使用函数、数据透视表、图表制作等），具备良好的数据敏感度和严谨性，能高效准确地进行数据整理和初步分析。</li><li>出色的逻辑思维能力：能够理解复杂信息，梳理清晰逻辑，并将其有效呈现。</li><li>熟练的幻灯片制作能力：精通Microsoft PowerPoint，能够制作结构清晰、视觉美观的幻灯片。</li></ul><p>3. 关键素质：</p><ul><li>积极主动，责任心强：对工作有热情，主动学习，能承担交付的任务并确保质量。</li><li>细致认真，注重细节：对数据准确性有高要求。</li><li>快速学习能力：能够快速理解医药行业和市场部基本知识。</li><li>良好的团队协作精神。</li><li>具有良好的应变能力，能够应对突发情况。</li></ul><p>4. 优先考虑：</p><ul><li>211及以上大学背景优先。</li><li>对医药行业，特别是眼科领域有兴趣者优先。</li><li>有相关实习经验（市场、数据分析、咨询等）者优先。</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Who we are</h1><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
