About the Role
<div>Join Staffinc’s Internal People team through our internship and unlock the opportunity to thrive while making a meaningful contribution within our energetic and innovative workplace! </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Description:</strong></div><ul><li style="box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 0px;">Assist with end-to-end HR operations processes</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 0px;">Assisting with benefits enrollment and administration.</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 0px;">Maintaining and organizing employee records and files</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 0px;">Support and learn Compensation & Benefits processes, including BPJS, insurance administration and other benefits coordination</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 0px;">Assist in preparing and managing people letters and employee documentation, as well as supporting HR tools and systems</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 0px;">Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 0px;">Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events</li></ul><div><span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-family: ;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></div><ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Team player with a collaborative mindset</li><li>Strong communication & interpersonal skills</li><li>Able to work in a team environment and work independently</li><li>Having experiences in organizations or internships</li><li>Available for internship start from January 2026</li></ul>
