Job Description

Brief Job Summary:

The Smart Bankers Internship Programme (SBIP) 2026 offers you a unique opportunity to be part of UOB. The SBIP is a minimum of 10-week internship programme. You will be assigned to a business at the start of the programme, where you will experience the challenges and rewards of a career in the banking industry and get to know the business of UOB and be a part of our digital and tech teams. To be a UOB Intern, you will be someone who is eager to learn and apply newly gained knowledge in a useful, practical and strategic manner. Join us and embark on this exciting journey now!

What we look for in a UOB Intern:

• A Malaysian nationality

• An undergraduate from a local or overseas university currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in any fields

• Good academic record

• Fluent in oral as well as written English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Good interpersonal skills

• Have a keen interest in banking and its related businesses
