About the Role
<p><strong>Your Team</strong></p> <p>The End User Services team serves as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues. We are dedicated to resolving hardware, software, and connectivity challenges through both remote and on-site assistance, minimizing downtime, and continuously enhancing the digital workplace experience to empower employees to work efficiently and securely.</p> <p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide on-site technical support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.</li> <li>Help with IAM tasks, such as creating and managing user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.</li> <li>Document issues and solutions accurately within the IT Service Management System.</li> <li>Maintain IT equipment inventory and support asset tracking activities</li> <li>Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices in IT service delivery and workplace support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Story</strong></p> <ul> <li>A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a strong desire to help others</li> <li>Empathy for users, with the ability to understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate effectively with teammates</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset</li> <li>Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and embrace challenges with a mindset focused on continuous improvement</li> <li>Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a positive approach to setbacks as learning opportunities</li> <li>Basic familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, iOS) is a plus</li> </ul>
