About the role:

As a Robotics Innovation Intern, you will join the Robotics & Sensors Technology team. You will report to the Senior Supervisor and be located onsite at our Churchill location This is a paid position that is full-time in the summer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work with Robotics & Sensors team engineers
  • You will explore advanced digital tools in the form of high-resolution, physics-based, robotics simulations
  • You will support the design and prototyping of robotics systems
  • Help develop complex software stacks to implement robot automation, autonomy, and sensor adaptive control functions
  • These simulations model complex interactions of robotic systems

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in robotics engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completed Sophomore year of college
  • Python, C++ experience/fluency

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $22.69 to $27.50 per hour.
