You will report to a Learning Consultant in the Learning and Development team based in Blieskastel for a V.I.E. one-year contract.

What you will do?

 

As an International Learning & Development & HR Project Manager (VIE) at Hager Group, you will you will play a key role in shaping some of our global initiatives: contribute to the design, coordination, and delivery of global L&D initiatives, while progressively taking ownership of projects end-to-end.


You will work closely with senior L&D stakeholders and external partners, supporting key programs while also having the opportunity to lead specific initiatives independently.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

•    Contributing to the delivery of global leadership, project management, change management, and soft-skills programs within the Learning & Development function.
•    Coordinating operational and logistical aspects of L&D initiatives - including scheduling, vendor coordination, and participant communication - ensuring smooth execution across regions and stakeholders.
•    Supporting the reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement of learning processes.
•    Acting as a project owner for assigned initiatives, providing clear progress updates and impact reporting.
•    Supporting and progressively taking responsibility for specific L&D initiatives or workstreams, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder alignment from design to implementation.

 

What about you?

 

•    Academic background in HR, Learning & Development, or Project Management, with initial exposure to LMS or digital learning solutions.
•    Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset in an international environment.

•    Autonomous and proactive, with the ambition and capability to progressively take ownership of initiatives and lead workstreams end-to-end.
•    Structured, reliable, and well-organized, able to manage multiple topics, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
•    Strong analytical and synthesis skills, able to translate data and feedback into clear insights, recommendations, and improvement actions.

What are the recruitment stages?

 

•    Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
•    You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter.
•    You'll get the chance to showcase your skills by preparing and presenting a use case to the Hiring Manager and the HRBP Local.
•    The last step will be then organized with the Head of Department and the Early Careers team.

•    You must be a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Economic Area
•    You must not be a citizen of the host country (in this case Germany), unless you hold a dual citizenship with another Member State of the European Economic Area.
•    You must be between 18 and 28 years of age
•    You must not have done a V.I.E. in the past
