About the Role

Drive the Future internship program in Chile if you are a recently graduated student without job experience. This is a full-time intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. In this opportunity the Ex-Brazil Equity Sales team is looking a new intern. 

This role is based on the cash equities Sales & Trading desk. Key responsibilities include daily research and market color distribution, engaging in live discussions on relevant market topics and coordinating with internal teams to manage daily flow-related tasks. These discussions require a strong understanding of financial and macroeconomic concepts and are conducted in English, so proficiency is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Equity Sales team in Chile, covering institutional clients from Latin America excluding Brazil.
  • Prepare daily reports that include market color, research content, and investment ideas.
  • Engage in constant interaction with the Equity Research Team to convey investment ideas to our institutional clients.
  • Manage daily operational tasks (trade settlements, confirmations, onboardings, etc.) and maintain relationships with back/middle offices.
  • Assist in the logistics and coordination of client agendas and requests.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: 

  • Recent graduate students on Commercial Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Full-time availability
  • 100% in person work
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of main Macroeconomic variables & Financial concepts as long as a general understanding of Financial Markets.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel.
