 Intern (f/d/m) Global Sales Organization 

Full-time (38h)

 

 

Our Global Sales Organization department drives international business growth by building strategic partnerships and securing global deals. It focuses on expanding market reach, managing premium rights across regions, and delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs worldwide. The team ensures seamless collaboration with external stakeholders to maximize revenue and strengthen our global presence.

 

 

Your responsibilities

 

Brokerage

 

  • You maintain an accurate and up-to-date list of high-value brokerage opportunities on a daily basis.
  • You support the storage and structuring of product information, data/insights, and sales materials for key brokerage opportunities.
  • You support the creation of customized brand solutions in response to global sales briefs.
  • You use market intelligence tools to enrich sales material with relevant data.
  • You develop detailed B2B and B2C case studies on key partnerships, especially in European football.
  • You analyze brand briefings and create opportunity shortlists at short notice.
  • You create and distribute a bi-weekly sponsoring newsletter.

 

Formula 1

 

  • You support the research, analysis, evaluation, and presentation of data related to the global motorsport ecosystem (e.g. Formula 1, Formula E, F1 Academy, W Series).
  • You develop detailed B2B and B2C case studies on former and current motorsport partners.
  • You conduct SWOT analyses of F1 and FE teams and central organizations on a quarterly basis.
  • You collect data on emerging opportunities, benchmarking, deal values, contract terms, etc.
  • You help identify and approach new motorsport leads (C-Level clients and brands).
  • You contribute geo-targeted market insights (e.g. USA, Europe, APAC, Middle East, Africa).
  • You provide updates on the digital transformation of motorsport (e.g. teams, races, series).
  • You select data sources and literature for research purposes.
  • You draft and finalize clear, structured research reports.
  • You identify areas for improvement in research design and implementation.
  • You present your work clearly in both written and verbal form to internal stakeholders.

 

 

Your profile

 

  • You have recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have an international background or mindset, ideally with experience in multicultural environments.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional languages are a plus.
  • You have a natural affinity and strong passion for sports, particularly football and Formula 1.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • You are well-organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks on short notice.
  • You are confident in conducting research, analyzing data, and creating clear, structured presentations.
  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working in a team environment.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
  • You are available to submit your CV and Cover Letter in English.
