About the Role

We are looking for a B.A./M.A student in Organizational Consulting or Organizational Behavior to join our growing OD & Learning team as part time (50%) employee. In this role, you’ll work closely with the OD & Learning team and the global HR team, support various OD projects, and collaborate with managers and employees across the organization. You will have a direct impact on our employees' experience and development. 

We're looking for an innovative, creative and motivated student, who is passionate about organizational development, a collaborative team player eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic tech environment. 

What you’ll do:  

Create learning tools & content design Onboarding Hub, e-learning modules, short videos, toolkits, and learning assets, including using GenAI tools for content development. 

Build internal knowledge & communication tools: support HR portal pages, new-hire content, manager toolkits, and communications that promote development initiatives. 

Support OD & Learning programs: assist with needs assessments, onboarding, performance processes, compliance training, and other OD projects. 

Coordinate training operations: schedule sessions (virtual/in-person), manage logistics, track attendance, and maintain learning data. 


Requirements

You’ll do it using:  

Currently pursuing a B.A./ M.A in Organizational Consulting, Organizational Behavior, Instructional Technologies or related field with at least 3 semesters remaining. 

Experience in development of content and training materials (e-learning modules, toolkits, instructor-led training, etc.). 

Strong project management skills, managing multiple tasks effectively. 

Curiosity and self-learning skills, ability to work with different AI tools. 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Ability to communicate confidently in English in a global environment. 

Interpersonal skills - experience working with different stakeholders.
