You light the way.  </p><p><b>More about the role</b></p><p>This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Digital Transformation Intern in Internal Audit in Madrid with Signify.</p><p>In this internship, you will join our operational Internal Audit team and play a key role in driving digital transformation. You’ll act as a connector between auditors and technical experts, helping translate business needs into innovative solutions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to process improvement, support tool deployment, and foster adoption across a globally diverse team that values collaboration, learning, and fresh ideas.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Work closely with auditors to understand their processes, constraints, and needs, and collect detailed requirements for digitalization improvements (via data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence)</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.</li><li>Participate in testing digital tools, challenge existing ideas, and propose innovative improvements.</li><li>Support deployment and adoption by creating documentation, delivering training, and guiding auditors through implementation.</li><li>Assist auditors with troubleshooting and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth tool usage.</li><li>Participate in day-to-day business activities</li></ul><p></p><p><b>More about you</b></p><p>While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:</p><p></p><p></p><ul><li>To be working towards a Bachelor/master’s degree in a relevant area such as Data Science, Big Data, Business Administration/Management, Finance or Operations.</li><li>A strong interest in digital transformation and technology, willingness to learn new tools.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word).</li><li>Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence or automation (e.g. Power Apps) tools is a plus.</li><li>To be available for a minimum of 6 months up to 1 year, starting in (the course of) January.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills in English (verbal and written) to understand business processes and explain technical concepts.</li><li>Curiosity and creativity to challenge ideas and suggest improvements.</li><li>Proactivity, accuracy, and ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, global team.</li><li>To display high standards of integrity.</li></ul><p><b>Everything we’ll do for you</b></p><p>We’ll encourage you, support you, and challenge you.
