INTERNSHIP PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

The 2026 Ulta Beauty Internship is a structured 10-week program designed to develop future talent and provide interns with a unique and impactful development experience. This program is tailored for rising college Juniors and Seniors, offering both Corporate and Distribution Center internship tracks. The internship will be hybrid for corporate interns and in-person for Distribution Center interns. Interns will gain hands-on experience in Ulta Beauty’s operations while contributing to business needs, engaging in meaningful projects, and broadening their professional development. The internship program provides real-world experience directly related to the academic discipline and career goals, offering a better understanding of career options.

Our team supports mission-critical functions spanning Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, and Sales & Distribution—helping ensure the systems behind our business run with reliability, precision, and innovation.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: 

• Support the design, development, and deployment of SAP extensions and intelligent services on SAP BTP, including the implementation of AI/ML capabilities, SAP Joule, SAP Build, and related technologies
• Conduct research, prototyping, and proof-of-concept work to evaluate new SAP AI tools, automation approaches, and emerging best practices

• Assist senior engineers in development across ECC, S/4HANA, and BTP, including testing, documenting technical designs, and validating data flows
• Assist senior engineers in building integrations across ECC, S/4HANA, and BTP, including testing interfaces, documenting technical designs, and validating data flows.

• Create clear documentation, presentations, and knowledge-share materials to support solution handoffs, production support readiness, and ongoing governance.

ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: 

• Local candidates to the Bolingbrook, IL headquarters are preferred.
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate university in the summer of 2026.

• Previous work experience and active involvement with on-campus organizations or activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Software Programming and AI Concepts
• Strong interest in SAP technologies, enterprise software, or cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with various levels of leadership
