Responsibilities

 

Join the Product Management team and support the product team in shaping the future of our platform. Work on the core building blocks that shape TeamViewer products used by millions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the product lifecycle—from market analysis to user testing—while contributing to real product decisions and improvements.  

 

  • Product Analysis: Evaluate current product features and performance, identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Documentation & Communication: Create clear and compelling presentations, product documentation, and internal updates.
  • Perform research in support of strategic initiatives and topics
  • Product Thinking: Contribute ideas and opinions on product direction, usability, and prioritization
  • Help launch new initiatives

Requirements

 

  • Business informatics / computer science / marketing or related background
  • Passion for analyzing products, customer needs and market dynamics; interested in technical details and UX
  • Able to translate customer insights into actionable deliverables for engineering teams
  • Interest in thinking from multiple perspectives, including our customers and development teams
  • Proficient in research tools, office suite, experience with ticketing solutions (JIRA), UX design tools (Figma / Sketch), coding a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Team player and good communicator
  • Ability to work independently on tasks
  • Keen and open to learning new things

  • Contract location would be Munich, Germany

  • Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
