Description
Denver Rescue Mission is a 501(c)3 non-profit Christian organization committed to changing lives in the name of Christ by serving people experiencing homelessness and poverty. Through emergency services, rehabilitation programs, transitional housing, and community outreach, we aim to meet both physical and spiritual needs while helping people achieve lasting transformation.
Denver Rescue Mission internships provide a structured, paid learning experience designed to support the professional, educational, and spiritual development of interns. Interns gain hands-on experience within a dynamic, faith-based nonprofit organization while receiving supervision, training, and mentorship from experienced staff.
Interns contribute in meaningful ways to the Mission's programs and services while building practical skills, increasing understanding of nonprofit operations, and exploring vocational interests in human services and ministry-related fields.
Our internship program host three cohorts annually (Fall, Spring, and Summer). Internship responsibilities vary by role, but all internships are intentionally designed to prioritize learning outcomes, skill development, and growth throughout the whole internship experience.
