About the Role
Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Sommelier Intern.
Key accountabilities:
- Ensure the implementation of the wines in the restaurant
- Follow up on service
- Participate in tastings with sommeliers
- Ensure the installation, cleaning and cleaning of glassware
- Assist the team in the organization of the cellar, delivery, storage of wines
- Responsible for customer care and service
General requirements:
- Strong customer focus,
- Fluent both in French and English
- Availability and responsiveness,

- Sense of confidentiality.
