Intern – Finance Department

Location:  Barcelona

Essential Functions:

  • Treasury logs and cash management update
  • Preparation of manual payments
  • Support with easy closings
  • Cross allocations in SBS
  • Email filing – Shared Inbox management
  • Expense reports check
  • VAT SII reporting
  • Assist with monthly close
  • Assist the Team in the preparation of internal and external audits
  • Collaboration on strategic projects (for example, improvement of the payment process, automation of the treasury log)

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is an advantage
  • Degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Adaptable and open to change
  • Demonstrates integrity and accountability
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Works well in a team-oriented environment

Terms of employment:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Initial training provided
  • Starting date: March 2026
  • Schedule: preferably full-time
