About the Role

Your contribution will include:

·        Provide 1st line support to office and field users. 

·        Manage users access to various systems like Teams, Distribution Lists, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vaults, CEX360, SAP, Cornerstone, Concur, Alignment Planning, HCM and other; ensures support to implementation, service requests and maintenance.Provide support on using CRM related systems and other core commercial resources. 

·        Provide support on using office IT equipment like videoconferencing, printing machines and desk tools. 

·        Record and keep track of all requests and incidents raised. 

·        Create and load to internal e-learning platform new learning materials. 

·        Participate in projects when needed (e.g. incoming systems or tools implementation, operating systems or core app upgrades, infrastructure upgrades etc). 

·        Provides on-site IT help in case of audits, dawn raid and on other necessary occasion. 

·        Pilot new tools and systems and provide feedback to relevant experts. 

·        Work to identify opportunities to improve or enhance procedures and support activities. 

·        Ensure that all activities related to the area of responsibility comply with applicable Internal Regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and Code of Ethics). 

·        Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service 

·        Provide effective systems support for all market users and contribute to training.  

·        Maintain and provide support on all hardware devices in line with local and global AZ procedures. 

·        Maintenance, service, training of users related to good implementation and functionality of all business tools used. 

·        Support implementation of IBEX related projects. 

·        Automatization and simplification of processes and tools for a better user experience. 

·        Active work with users to help them learn and cope in digital and fast-paced environment. 

·        Support other IBEX streams (Operational Excellence, Digital, Business Insights, Capabilities, Data Science) at operational level
