Job Description:
- Support all technical swim lanes with content creation, design, and continuous improvement of technical materials.
- Assist technical trainers with daily instructional duties, such as:
- Ensuring rooms are set up for activities,
- Material availability for activities, and
- Observing students to ensure they comprehend the material.
- Project support for the Qual Card digitization, which may include:
- Creating process maps,
- Overseeing the creation of a landing page, and
- Documenting the go forward standard process after digitization is complete.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in a training or instructional role
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, technical writing, Microsoft Office Tool Suite
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $18.00 - $36.00/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
