That’s what makes us Roche.</p><p>As an <b>Intern - Compliance Operations</b>, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and adherence to our internal and external regulatory requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in assessing the compliance of employee reimbursement activities, contributing directly to our commitment to ethical and transparent operations.</p><p></p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><ul><li><p>You are <b>responsible for assessing compliance</b> of employee reimbursement activities in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>You clearly <b>document all compliance assessment</b> (i.e. assessment results) activities in Concur during claim processing.</p></li><li><p>You perform other relevant <b>support activities</b> as and when required (e.g., support in validating/performing data analysis/testing which contributes to the reporting to affiliates/Compliance Projects).</p></li><li><p>You <b>escalate issues</b> to superior/RSS Line Manager (where required).</p></li><li><p>You <b>engage in networking</b> with colleagues from other business functions when required.</p></li><li><p>You <b>support the team in performing operational activities</b> and are involved in identifying/implementing improvement opportunities within the current operational process.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li><p>You are an <b>undergraduate student</b> from a reputable university in a relevant field of study (Prefer business, law, or finance related major).</p></li><li><p>You have <b>consistently achieved strong academic performance</b> (minimally CGPA 3.0 or equivalent).</p></li><li><p>You are <b>available for a minimum period of 6 months</b>.</p></li><li><p>You have a <b>good command of spoken and written English</b> and other language competencies (such as Thai/Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese/Burmese/Mandarin).</p></li><li><p>You are <b>proactive at work</b> and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p></li><li><p>You possess <b>strong analytical skills</b> and great attention to details.</p></li><li><p>You are <b>able to challenge the status quo with skepticism</b> and are passionate about process validation/improvement.</p></li><li><p>You possess <b>strong communication skills</b> and a good record of extra-curricular activities.</p></li><li><p>You have <b>good interpersonal skills</b>, are able to work in a team effectively, and deliver on commitment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Who we are</h1><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
