Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE 

We are seeking a proactive and systems-oriented Sales and Supply Systems Intern to support the Sales Head and Sales Team in understanding and utilising Syngenta's internal systems and data for sales operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient sales processes and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about sales systems and contribute to operational effectiveness within the sales function.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

  • Gain practical, hands-on experience by contributing to real business projects that impact Syngenta's operations and strategic objectives.
  • Develop professional competencies by working alongside experienced colleagues across different functions and teams.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of Syngenta's business, products, and the agricultural industry.

Qualifications

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. Agric or equivalent
  • Have strong academic performance and motivation
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for understanding complex systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
