About the Role

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Help develop the company’s mid-year budget (both capital and operating budgets)
  • Develop and maintain financial metrics to benchmark across multiple markets
  • Participate in or perform ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Prepare and review projections, analyses, and statistical reports
  • Partner with business units to create meaningful business intelligence dashboards using Tableau software
  • Identifies variances and understands their impact on the overall financial statements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables)
  • Minimum GPA 3.3

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant internship / work experience
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for business, finance, or accounting
  • Tableau
  • Microsoft SQL

  • High aptitude for learning and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
  • Strong written, verbal and quantitative skills
  • Inquisitive
  • Detail oriented

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
  • No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
  • No or very limited physical effort required.
