The aim of this project is to create better understanding of the effect of a range of sweeteners/sugars in creams. You will evaluate recipes, produce samples on pilot scale, and characterise key attributes like product stability, taste and performance. As intern, you will be responsible for designing and executing experiments and leading team tastings with your samples.
