About the Role

Description

This role supports AKG's strategic goals by accelerating process maturity, reducing ME workload, and strengthening our relationship with one of the strongest engineering programs in the region.  This role will focus on maturing PFMEA's, improving and standardizing Work Instructions (WIs), and developing clear process visualizations for operations. The intern will act as the continuity lead, bridging knowledge and documents across student cohorts and supporting ME Project readiness.


1. Maintain and advance PFMEA development for Hall E processes.

2. Standardize and improve Work Instructions, including photo documenta and step logic.

3. Build and update process visualization tolls (flow charts, diagrams, layout views)

4. Serve as continuity lead, capturing lessons learned and transferring knowledge to next student team

5. Support the CAB Brazing Data Integrity project with data review, validation, and documentation updates.
