Strategy & Business Analysis Intern - Bengaluru Only

About the Role:
We’re looking for MBA students with a strategic mindset and a passion for
problem-solving to join us as Strategy & Business Analysis Interns.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership team on key projects that influence how we
plan, forecast, and scale the business. You’ll get hands-on exposure to real challenges — from
market analysis and business planning to performance tracking and process optimization.
What You’ll Do:
● Work with leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
● Conduct market and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
● Build and track key business metrics, dashboards, and reports.
● Identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
● Support in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership discussions.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
● MBA students specializing in Strategy, Finance, Operations, or General Management.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
● Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with PowerPoint / data tools is a plus.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
● Self-starter with curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action.
