Our Management Trainee Program is a 12–18 month fast-track journey designed to launch future leaders in e-commerce. You’ll rotate into one of our core business areas—Finance, AI & Data, Machine Learning, Customer Experience (CX), Brand & Growth, or Commercial—work on real business challenges, and learn directly from senior leaders in a high-energy, innovation-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee, you will:

• Work on real cross-functional projects that directly impact our business and customers.
  

• Collaborate with teams across Technology, Data, Finance, CX, and Commercial to solve complex problems.
  

• Learn how decisions are made using data analytics, machine learning insights, financial models, and customer behavior.
  

• Receive mentorship from senior leaders who have built high-growth digital businesses at scale.
  

• Develop both your technical capabilities (data, AI, analytics, CX tools) and leadership mindset.
  

Specialization Tracks

1. AI, Data & Machine Learning

• Support the development of data models, dashboards, and insights to drive business decisions.
  

• Work on AI-driven use cases such as personalization, forecasting, automation, and customer insights.
  

• Partner with Tech and Product teams to experiment with ML solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.
  

2. Customer Experience (CX)

• Analyze customer feedback and pain points to enhance the end-to-end shopping journey.
  

• Support CX automation, chatbots, service enhancements, and loyalty initiatives.
  

• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to elevate customer satisfaction and retention.
  

3. Finance

• Dive into financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  

• Support investment decisions, budgeting, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  

• Work closely with leadership on financial strategy and business modelling.
  

4. Brand & Growth

• Drive engagement through digital marketing, CRM, and growth initiatives.
  

• Use analytics and customer insights to enhance campaigns and overall brand experience.
  

• Collaborate on strategies that boost acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  

5. Commercial

• Own performance tracking across Mumzworld’s P&L categories.
  

• Analyze data to optimize pricing, assortment, promotions, and supplier performance.
  

• Support commercial strategies that drive profitable scale and category expansion.
  

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

This program is for ambitious, curious, and impact-driven graduates who want to shape the future of e-commerce. You’ll thrive here if you have:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, CX, or related fields.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  

• A genuine passion for digital business, AI-powered innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  

• The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  

• Internship or project experience in finance, data analytics, AI/ML, CX, marketing, or commercial roles (bonus).
